He holds a B.A., LL.B. from M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore, and a Master of Law (M.L.) in Intellectual Property Rights from the University of Madras, Chennai.
Before founding his own practice in Bangalore in 2023, Pushkar practised independently until 2017 and was associated with SAMVAD Partners, Chennai, from 2017 to 2023.
Pushkar advises a diverse clientele including System Integrators, Software Companies, Non-Governmental Organisations, Integrated Payment Technology Providers, Manufacturers, and emerging Startups—guiding them through incorporation, commercial contracts, intellectual property protection, labour law, and funding-related matters. He also has significant experience handling government tenders across sectors such as Public Distribution Systems, Excise Supply Chain Management, and Healthcare Technology.
