In addition to this, she has experience in handling technical cases pertaining to design and patent infringement suits. Notably, she was involved in landmark IP cases that set legal precedents, inclduing disputes involving domain names, music and sound recording rights, protection of product configuration as trade dress, procuring John Doe order against unidentified defendants manufacturing counterfiet products, restoration of lapsed patents etc.
She also regularly advises startups and companies on matters relating to intellectual property rights, technology and data privacy aspects, general commercial contracts and regulatory compliances.
